As we all know, because of the Corona Virus Outbreak, all the exams that were about to be held in the month of March to July got postponed.  Now the AFSB (Air force selection Board) has released the Notification for all the postponed exams.  AFCAT Written Examination is about to be held in the month of September 2020.  Now let’s see the How to download the AFCAT 2 2020 Admit Card for the Examination but before that let’s have a look at some important dates related to the AFCAT Examination.

• Notification released on 1 June 2020
• Online Application begins: 30 June 2020
• Admit Card: 4 September 2020
• Declaration of the result: October 2020

How to download AFCAT Admit Card:

In order to download the AFCAT Admit Card. First, you will need to visit the official website of AFCAT and then follow the procedure as said below:

• Go to the official website https://afcat.cdac.in/AFCAT/
• Click on the AFCAT Notification Link, you will be redirected to the Login Page.
• You can log in to your account by Email ID or Username and password that you had set while applying.
• After the login, Admit Card will be open in the new tab.
• Take a colored print of Admit Card and also download that on your PC.

All the candidates will need to carry Admit Card. Nobody will be allowed in the examination hall without Admit Card. You may also need ID proof like AAdhar Card, Voter ID, PAN card, etc, or any other ID that can prove your identity and also make sure that the spelling of your name must be the same in the Admit Card as it is in the ID Card.

Some Preparation Tips for AFCAT Exam 2020

The Written Exam is very easy as compared to the other defense exams but the competition is tough. There are very few seats in AFCAT around 25-30 seats in all over India. You need to score the maximum in the exam. Try to attempt maximum questions. Start with the favorite subject that you have prepared well.

Attempt your question one by one start with English because this is the easiest portion of the exam, where you can score well. Then move to the General Awareness or Numerical Portion.  I would suggest attempting the General Awareness First because it will be easier and Do the numerical questions at last because these questions take a lot of time and you might be missing your other portion because of this.

Find the best Study Materials and Solve the maximum previous year question papers and sample paper for better practice. There is also some website that conducts online mock tests. If you have enough time, you must appear for the mock tests. It will make your preparation and will give you a better experience for the real examination.

The preparation for any examination completely depends on your study materials. There are tons of study material available. Choose the study Material wisely and prepare according to your syllabus, Do not study over and have proper rest time.
